HLB-1250 HANDLINE BLOCK

1. Swivel eye is made of high strength forged steel and is fastened to head with welded nut for positive security.
2. Two 5/16" steel roll pins, capped with tinner rivets, are used in closed head blocks.
3. The open head block has one 5/16" steel roll pin, capped with tinner rivets, and one 5/16" steel detente pin. The detente pin is secured with a welded steel chain.
4. The 3" free running sheave is machined to exacting tolerances for greater lifting efficiency. The shielded ball bearings are permanently lubed with a rating of 1250Lbs.
5. Frame, head, and sheave are cast from high strength A-356- T6 Aluminum Alloy.
6. 5/8" diameter steel axle is secured in frame by steel drive pins driven through each end of axle. Pins are positioned by recessed slots in frame to prevent rotation of axle
7. Body frame halves are riveted together with a 1/4" drive pin and capped with tinner rivets.
